I am guessing at least 100 if not more. When Marley was still berried it looked like 500, Sheeesh I am soooo glad that it didn't turn out to be 500.

Free until Christmas you gotta tell me a little more about that and where.
About the snail eating it just depends on the cray and specie. I really don't think that Marley eats them b/c I have only seen 1 or 2, maybe, empty shells and I don't know if it was from old age or what.
Now she did eat some of my briggs and guppies when she was young and I say that it was my fault b/c I don't think I was providing her with the proper diet. Now that she is more than a couple months old she could care less if one of the briggs crawl up on her side and over the tail.

I have to sadly report that Marley has died 12-13-08. She couldn't have picked a better day than the day right after my husband's birthday.
I don't know what happened.
Water Params checked out fine, all babies are still doing great no change in behavior or eating patterns.

The only thing that I can possibly think of that might have been some of the cause in her death would be the Calcium level, I got a day behind on my supplements. I don't know what else could have caused her death. She was hand fed the same day of her passing so I know that it wasn't "not getting food" and what I fed her she eats pretty much on a weekly basis. She showed no signs, I am not even thinking that it was a bad moult, b/c she ate the same day and when she moulted she wouldn't eat for at least 2 days before and 2 days after. I am totally stumped on what happen to her to cause her death.

But to keep from dwelling on my lost, I am truly thankful to her for suppling me with plenty of replacements of her. LOL, they are identical. I have several babies that are reaching the rehoming size. If interested in any of the babies please pm me.
