dissapeaed!

drip method into bag while floating in tank over a period of 5 hrs. if this is not the correct way please give em a better method. i havent lost any fish using this method.

You don't need to do it for that long (I did that long only for my anemone) but it certainly won't do any harm. I was just covering all options just in case the worst has happened and you have lost it. If that is the case then it is certainly nothing to do with anything you've done from what i can make out. Unfortunately, sometimes they do die on us for no apparent reason. Just let us know if he does show up:grinyes:

I think he's just shy, my peppermint shrimp hides all the time, and he's in a 10g tank. Try turning off the lights and see if he comes out, use a flash light, mine always comes out when I turn off the light.

I've tried turning out the lights and no luck, its just odd that he would be shy now coz the first two days he was out in the open and trying to clean every thing. maybe he is just molting, how long does it take for them to molt and come out again?

ok, when i get home from work today ill put one up. i've had my tank for about 2 1/2 months now so still working on it. The guy at the pet store mentioned that they were shipped in about two days before i bought them, do you think he could have just been really stressed, and maybe didnt make it due to stress? Are these shrimp hardy? From the research that i did i gathered that they are, but thats not always very reliable.
