Do you drink tea?

Mostly black tea, sometimes green tea. On occasion I'll make lemon-honey tea too (like others have already mentioned) especially when I get a cold.

For those times, I'll make myself some lemon-honey tea & plunk a Ricola cough drop in it (I like honey-herb or wild-nerd flavors), let it dissolve, then drink, does the trick for me everytime. It's the only "cold remedy" I take since I'm not a big fan of cough syrups. IME they make me feel worse than the cold I'm tiring to shake.

There is one teabag tea that I can't get enough of. It is a pomegranate white tea from Trader Joe's. I am actually drinking a cup right now.
