Iced: A blend (my own combination) of black tea, Earl Grey, and Bigelow mint tea. I have also learned that to reduce the tannins I cool the water down for eight minutes after boiling, then pour and steep the tea for eight minutes and remove the tea bags quickly. I like to use fitered or spring water when I can.
Being British, yeah, I drink loads!! Good old fashioned sweet "builders" tea. Nothing fancy, aromatic, fruity or herbal.....just mid-strength tea with milk. Mmm my evening staple beverage.
