Finally got that salt tank...

Congrats on the new additions and the hosting. The wrasse may help with the FWs.

That was my hope. Going to still siphon them out though, she did eat frozen foods today :)

Love your new wrasse! It's very very pretty and seems to be right at home :) hopefully it'll munch on some of your flatworms and help you keep them under control. also glad to see pabst and penny in the nem!

Was this the powerhead that gave you an electrical shock!?

Naw, this was a smaller one, a Korila nano, that is now in my FW planted tank.

Might have to move the hammer, it's kinda close to the toadstool.

Can I, um, borrow your tank? just for the holidays? I promise, I'll return in *crossed fingers*

Not sure how well the toadstool and the hammer will get along but my guess would be the hammer will win if it decides to unleash its sweeper tentacles. Not saying you have to move either, just keep an eye on it.

The hammer will have to move as the leather has fused its stalk to a neighboring rock apparently.

My coralline growth is nuts. I can't keep it off the acrylic without scratching it. The tank had no growth on it when I got it...

Can't wait to update to glass so I can use a magna float

+1

That whole family of corals is a bit nuts (beautiful though) when it comes to defense and proximity.

^my euphylliads are my only LPS that HAVEN'T released sweepers... Combined I've got about 19 or 20 heads worth of various ones too. :p oh well.

Def keep an eye on them, acans and galaxea are the worst for stinging coral in my experience though.
