Mine only has 2 chamber. I guess it's an aquapod and not a bio cube. My intake chamber has LR rubble and the return chamber just has the pump. Perhaps I could put a bit in there?
My lfs is closed Tuesday and Wednesday so I'll go tomorrow to get some.
I'm having a hard time placing my brain, the skeleton is Si large it doesn't fit well anywhere. Right now it fits until it inflates then it's against the glass.
Good all around fixture. Lots of people use them and have for many years. A couple of years ago Current started to incorporate individual reflectors into these fixtures. Older versions had a single "flat reflector" and then they went to a single reflector that was bent around each bulb. Obviously the individual reflectors would be best but the "bent" one will work fine too. I believe the 2 older versions included moonlights but they have been removed to allow room for the individual reflectors in the newer version. The only real knock I have on Current fixtures in the fan noise. However, you can buy computer fans down the raod if the noise bothers you.
If an upgrade were to happen, any ideas what the tank size would be? Since you looking at a 36" fixture I assume something along the lines of a 40 breeder?
Edit: I stand corrected. It looks like the newer version does have moonlights...
Yes it would be a 40B, also fan noise is negligent as its in the laundry room >:| I'm currently trying to talk my dad into letting it out. The fixture also has free shipping. It's 218 online and 360 in my lfs
