for those who have daughters

Id I had a daughter i would run to mexico, providing if the NAU doesnt happen, then I cant run anywhere
I have a daughter and a son if she is anything like i was when she gets to be a teenager its going to be really bad times. What comes around goes around. LOL.
I know, I can just pray and will continue to love and respect her.... but I wish there was a bubble you could put them into until 18 then send them off to conditioning school :lol:

I have a nephew who's dating a girl who's family is of another religion. I'm not certain if it's that, or the fact she has an older, knocked-up sister, but my nephew is quite clearly not welcome in the girl's house.

I raised my own kids and now im helping to raise my grandchildren, to which to some respect has me at some greater concerns. Not because im now with a granddaughter, but rather that times are getting harder as the decades roll on. That a college degree is a total must now a days. I'm sure that my granddaughter will not do something stupid for which today, teenage pregnancies are at their highest.
One time about maybe a year or so ago, I asked my granddaughter for a hug and kiss and she said NO!! I told her to remember to say no when she grows up and go out on dates. Actually at that time, my granddaughter was acting playful with me for she said no with the crack of a smile and even put her nose up into the air. LMBO
Those without kids, either your own kids or grandchildren, that without either of those, you couldn't possibly understand the headaches and heartaches that go with these kids :headshake2:

I think my dad had it figured out. Have copies of magazines like "american rifleman" and "handloader" and gun catalogues lying around and knives hanging on the walls. I used to love watching the guys' face when my sister brought a guy over. But, not looking forward to dealing with all that fun stiff when my daughter is a teenager. Ah well, "I'll probably be up all night, cleanin' this here gun"
