This is why AC is so full of sh1t!

I just share a couple of pics and it turns into a flame fest. H3D I could get into all the things that annoy me about you, but i don't wanna waste my time.

If I were able to replicate a fish's natural environment, it wouldn't be in my tank ... it would be in a river or lake somewhere. Although there are some things that are "unnatural" about my setup, my fish all show awesome coloration, eat like pigs and are very active. I have also not lost a fish in my monster tank for over a year and they're all growing fast and are as "happy" (for all you AC bunnyhuggers that are so concerned about a fish's happiness) as a fish can get..

I am sorry if I have personally offended you by suggesting your clown loaches need some hiding spots. I was merely giving you my opinion based on the experiences I have had with clown loaches. If you do not want to give your loaches place to hide then do not. There is no need make this personal or attack AC.

i never saw any instance where you were flamed in any manner. H3D was only stating that when clown loaches act the way they were doing in your pic, they are fearful. before you attack him, why not trying to add a couple of caves and see what happens. if they stop hanging verticle head down on the side of the tank, then you know that all they needed was a hiding spot. if they still do it, then you konw that theyre just goofing around and now you have a nice cave for them to live in.

i do agree with H3D that you did not need to attack AC. there was no need at all for it. there are plenty of good suggestions. he was only stating that they could be afraid.

I don't think that H3D was nasty or jumped down anyone's throat. He is trying to be helpful and informative. Debaric, I think you should re-read your own posts. If anyone is jumping down anyone's throat, it's you.

And my opinion on the matter is: Wait, I don't know a darned thing about clown loaches!

Maybe you should be the one to re-read the original post by him. I guess the angry faces were innocent and meant nothing and didnt imply that the other person was doing something completely wrong, huh?

exactly!! I love MFK'ers cause if your tank is OS or you have a problem(not saying you do at all )

Those are not funny antics! :mad2: They are probably terrified as they have no place to hide! Clown loaches need hiding spots big enough to conceal their entire body. This is not normal clown loach behavior! :mad2: This is what they do when they are scared and have no place to hide.
