Must Agree with the light gravel!

GREAT tank!

But why do you want to change the gravel? I have black in two of my tanks and I hate it.

Don't change your gravel color, I replaced black with fluorite some time ago. I hated the black too. The clear stuff looks awesome!

Finally had time to trim the plants, move most to another tank, and work on making this tank have a planted tank look and not the "dump the plant here till it grows" look..

Thanks. For gravel i went kinda cheap.. I just got a 5lb bag of some different shades of brown mix and added it on top of the original gravel (mix it up a bit)
On right you can see another slate wall I made... Plan to maybe make a slate cave later on..

Messing with cameras settings.. Plants came out weird.

That's really coming together. The gravel mix is kind of different, but I like it. It gives is a very natural look.

Whatever settings you messed with on the camera, I kind of like the second picture best.

I like the original gravel and the new add on gravel looks best. Also the trim looked very well. I too tried to do some re-arrange of plants. I added the update pics on the link below. No more click n view, phew it sucked.

both shot styles look ok to me.

Last week i had to take out all the plants from the tank, wash the brown algae off some of the leafs, also do a nice gravel vac and glass cleaning.. not sure if this brown algae came from the new gravel or what.. well it came be once again.. will have to do more frequent water changes or find another solution..
I also have a small project i will be working on today for the 10g, will not say what it is just yet since i dont know if it will work out at all.. will post updates when they come
