Gauging interest in treated bettas

Oh man oh man oh man!
I picked one up and he was a poor, thin little thing. I just couldn't get him to eat. He just sat at the bottom of the tank, in a corner. I tried rubbing garlic on flakes, pellets, freeze-dried worms, and I even threw a small live bloodworm in there. All went unnoticed.
I went out and grabbed a few mosquito larvae from a bowl outside, thinking, if he doesn't eat this, he's not gonna make it.
I tweezed one out, and dropped it in the tank. It scooted about, dancing in front of the betta's face. He just stared. I sighed.
Then, SHLUP! He sucked it right up!
I almost shot up and danced. I was SO excited. I fed several more to him and he nabbed each one. By the end, he was swimming about, showing off his fins and generally being happy. I'm so pleased!
Now, no offers, as he's not out of the woods yet. He's still very thin. But as soon as I can guarantee he is healthy, I'll post a picture of him and the first person to PM me will get him.

I figured the best way to handle shipping (which will be about $4.75 priority, provided the box weighs nearly a pound [HIGHLY unlikely]) would be PayPal, and to round it up to the nearest dollar, because I also need to satisfy my father's wishes ("You MUST make money off of this!"). So usually, it should round out to $5, unless you wish to choose a faster method.

Since I ABSOLUTELY MUST make money off of this, I hope you guys understand :\

Considering the fish I see sick most often are CTs, this should be a bit of a discount, since we sell them for about $8 at the store. Dunno how much they go for elsewhere :\

I just ordered my boxes, and somehow they were free? :o They should be here very soon, oh the excitement!

I can't wait to see a pic of this guy! Hope he makes it!

Soon, my precious.. soon!
I picked up another betta (VT, off-white) who appeared to have a gill extension problem. The thing is, he appears healthy. He just has this...funky gill. It sticks out as if he's constantly flaring on one side. If he continues to show no problems, I'll put him up. He doesn't appear to be in any pain from it at all.
Hope you guys don't mind the idea of a special-looks betta :\

this is a great idea.

Aye, what Fishy_Fun said! :grinyes:
