Glo-Fish = Danios

That scorpion is your pet??? WOW - I'm impressed.
 
Yup, I actually have 7 scorpions and 105 tarantuls and 1 trapdoor spider. That's is just the arachnids. That doesn't count the rest of my zoo. I don't mind the emperor scorpions because they are in a nicely planted terrarium so I don't see them much. They hide most of the day.

Think about it, it does make sense with birds since they see a wider spectrum of light then we do, color is everything to them.

Thanks for the comments on the scorpion. Hubby is holding it and is shinning a black light flashlight on it to make it fluoresce. Otherwise if you look at it normally it would just be black. I have to say I live near Chicago so the only scorpions we have to worry about are the one in their cages at home.

All I knew for sure was that our male 'keet is totally awesome looking in the blacklight! :D
 
lesser28 i will keep you in mind when it comes to chemistry HW, LOL! It's fun having a biochemist as a friend! FREE ANSWERS! lol I dont think we should put GloFish in the artificial section since now days they breed themselves and produce more glofish rather than danios
