I'm also sitting in my new bed while posting this and typing on the laptop. I still havent moved my gaming rig downstairs because I need to mvoe the entire router from ATT with it and I feel more comfertable doing that on a weekend.

Bro that sand is absolutly amazing. :worthy: Please, please, please send me any links or anything to get it shipped to OR/WA. I'll pay ya for it too! It is exactly what I am looking for my 135g amazon tank. Good job on the black background too! I might even send you some crazy drift wood if you hook me up!

Wow that'd be a nice trade! I'm in a huge need for awesome driftwood. I'll find out what the shipping would be. How many pounds are you looking for? They sell these bags in 50 pound incraments. I picked this sand up from Menards. Not play sand, but they call is "White Silica Handy Sand". If you don't have a menards near you and are willing to pay for the shipping i'll be glad to help you out (I'll buy the sand for you, it's not a bad price).

I'm using the same sand, I believe. My only beef is that it shows waste really, really well. But if you can keep things circulated along the bottom it should be fine.

I have a power head pointing down towards the bottom for that reason alone. But on the plus side, atleast you know when to vac it up and do a vac spot treatment on bad spots.

I just looked up all of the stores in the area and it looks like Menards is only east coast for the most part. Bummer.... I will probably just go with white 3M colorquartz. I really do like yours though, it looks great!

anymore progress?

So today was a fun day

Took the goldfish out and put them in my large koi pond to grow out some more and put these cute guys in. Theres 2 of each color, still waiting to get paid to pick up 2 or 4 more of differnt colors. There are also 8 jumbo Neons, I'm seeing how the Angels act towards them and if need be I will fish them out and put them in the 29.
