gourami still aggressive

All my gourami's are in the same 20 gallon, had I done enough research BEFORE i stocked my tank (i did tons afterwards) I wouldnt have done this, but since they all get a long great, I don't feel any need to return any of them, there was a little aggression by one of the platinums, but I put more plants in the tank, and now all the gourami's get along and coexist with no problems at all, they look healthier than they did at the store.

mine were fine until i took out the betta. should i put him back in?

it doesn't matter that they WERE fine, the opaline gourami, when it reaches full size, will be too big for the 10 gallon tank. It'll be around 4-6 inches, and that's not gonna work out for a tank that size.

except I'm not having a problem with aggression, because my fish have enough room to swim around, and enough places to hide, so let's not make this personal pal.
 
well they werent aggressive because they had plenty of room to swim because they r small but is it ok to put the betta back in there if it will help?
 
How old is your gourami? They tend to get more aggressive with age. My three spot seems to act very different depending on what tank mates are added. There was no change in behaviour when i added rainbow fish and danois but became very aggresive when i added a few Rams. Keeping them well fed should help though in such a small tank you will need to keepa regular an eye on water quality.
