greech's Simple 40 Breeder

Why yes they did :).

It was a close game for a while. Maybe we'll play again tonight if you guys beat UCF this afternoon. Our pitching staff isn't very deep this year and we threw our best guy at you yesterday.

Go Noles!

You guys smashed us 11 to 1 in the second game... Did you do see it??? Ugly for my Tide... LOL

I watched it on TV since the weather was looking like it was going to be bad and sure enough massive thunderstorms in the 6th. Couldn't watch the rest of the game the next day since I was at work but snuck out and listened on the radio. One more series and we're in. Have a feeling Texas Tech is gonna have some pitching we can't match. We kind of overachieved this year but you never know :).

I like BB but not nearly as much as football. Sure you feel the same way.

Not sure how Bama's schedule looks this year . All I know is we have Oklahoma here 3rd game and they made us look silly at their place last year. We had a great recruiting class and a decent rest of the season (tough to complain when you beat the Canes and the Gates in the same season) but I want some paybacks on OU!!!

EDIT: Fish are doing good (there, I made the post reef related). :)

Hey Greech, how many of these LEDS would it take to light my 29 gallon tank to the same level as the 4 T5 I now have running... in your opinion??
The LED bug finally bit me. Added a single 453nm Panorama Module to my existing T5's expecting to get some more pop and maybe some shimmer. Pretty (and happily) surprised that I got quite a bit of shimmer out of the deal. In fact I even shimmer on the sandbed with all 4 T5s on. Color is a rich blue with a bit more purple/red than I have seen in some LEDs.

LEDs with all 4 T5s running (ATI ABS and 3 x ATI Blue+)

Had to figure a way to mount it over an open top so I rigged this up. About $4 in PVC later came up with this. Used PVC "snap T's" for the feet which I had never seen before. Very happy with how it came out and it is very safe and sturdy. The other option I was considering was screwing it right into the front of my fixture but I'm gladd I didn't.

Few other random pics. I'm sure the color is way off in the pics as my camera is crappy.

Hmm, difficult to say. The new ones come with reflectors built in so they get light down a little better. The thing about these is that they are 1 watt LEDs versus the 3 watts you find in the higher end LED fixtures. I have seen several tanks lit by the Panorama Fixtures...

http://www.championlighting.com/product.php?productid=83031&cat=1591&page=1 (also comes in a 23.5" version)

The tanks have a mix of LPS and SPS doing well. The modules in these fixtures are the same as what you can buy individually. I would say for your tank you would want a minimum of 4 to be your complete lighting.

For that money I would be looking to something like this...

Or the parent version if you can swing it...

Both are dimmable and upgradeable with 3W Cree LEDs. Recommend the Sol "Blue".

Or if you want to go modular with higher PAR than the Panoramas then maybe 2 or 3 of these...
