Another question is it alright to have lots and lots of bubbles in tank I've got them coming from my ugf and spray bar from fluval 206.

UGF bubbles...in the lift tubes correct? You shouldn't have bubbles coming from the plates themselves through the substrate.
 
Hi mate No just coming from lift tubes is it ok 2 have a lot of tiny bubbles in tank.

If it doesn't bother you then it shouldn't be an issue.

Hello mate lost one of my mollies yesterday all other fish swimming and eating fine did water test to and all ok but nitrates still at 60 tested tap water to and surprisingly nitrates 60 think I need some plants or is there something you suggest.
 
I thought that was high maybe my test kit is crappy (api master kit) I'm going to buy a nitrate kit on its own.
 
Another issue is if your tap and tank show the same reading, that means the tank is not producing any nitrates and is indicitive of the tank not being cycled. Restest before you buy another, nitrate is the test where you have to shake the hell out of the bottles and the test tube as per the instructions... If you've done that, then yeah you may want to get a new test kit.
