ye gods! they call that blood pudding back home as opposed to black pudding. Lots of polish families living in northern michigan eating all kinds of weird things ;)

my personal favorite is kim chee! nothing like spicy pickled cabbage buried in the ground for a few years :)

Pretty much all cultures have some specialty dishes that are mostly wasted on foreigners. Rocky Mountain Oysters are a local example!

MMMmmm kim chee..didn't know it was old, just like the taste. My fiance won't touch the stuff.

Haha my mom got tricked into eating those once and thought they were good until she found out what they were...at which point she threw them up.

I'll try a lot of things but I draw the line in certain areas.
