When I moved to the States I was shocked that people ate frogs legs, pigs ears and feet, and squirrels. I guess it comes down to where you are brought up.
i tell you, we'll eat any part of the pig over here in the uk, stuffed trotters, ears, cheeks, it one hell of a versitile animal.

IF I ever have McDonalds.. (which isn't often at all).. I dip my McNuggets in honey! ... Like I said I don't consider it weird, but other people might think it is!

Speaking of weird food...has anyone mentioned Haggis??? IMO..that ranks up there with blood pudding.
Heck, I'd give Rocky Mountain Oysters a try before blood pudding, altho I suppose it would depend on how much I had to drink.
I use ketchup a lot. That's how I got liver down as a kid and had to eat it...completely covered.
