Hurricane Jeanne Updates

you know T, you could always float it right up here to Jersey if you need someone to take that jinx off yer hands :D .... I promise, you could still use it ;)

I'm so glad that you offered to take it off my hands. I'll leave first thing in the morning. ;)

It's getting pretty gusty here in Boca Raton (southern Palm Beach co.) Thankfully we're not going to get the worst of it, but will still have tropical storm winds over night. Just lost the cable, but still have power, telephone, & DSL. The power however has been flickering a little. With Frances we were in the lucky 1% of palm beach co. that didn't lose power, I'm hoping our luck will hold out this time too! Joe, I hope it will be weakened by the time it gets to you tomorrow! Good Luck everybody.

I'ma waiting for ya T ;) hehehe, finally a reason to get your butt up here!

I wasn't to far away 2 weeks ago. I was just north of Baltimore in Aberdeen. A friend and I figured out it wasn't my fault or the boats. It is either Mickey Mouse's or Eisner's fault. 3 out of 4 went through Orlando. :D

I'm gonna go with it being Mr. Mouse's fault.... ;)

That is what I'm going with also.

I wonder how Joe is faring. It looks like Jacksonville squecked (sp?) by again. Right now we are just getting some rain and a few gusts of wind every few minutes. (Knock on wood) I haven't lost power yet.

Everyone come through okay? I know power is still out in many areas, but we're thinking good thoughts for ya'll....

I guess I cursed myself. About an hour after posting in this thread, I lost power for about 2 hours. Besides that I only lost a few slats in my fence and lost about 20-30 shingles from the roof. Even though these few things happened to me, I'm thankful that it wasn't worse.
