What you guys think, and what could I improve? Still, I can't get the pictures to be on this post.. how?

you have to click on the yellow box with mountain like picture ( IMG box)
i think if youre using photobucket you have to put the direct link to your picture.
i preferr using imageshack because it jsut gives you a direct link, much easier to post pictures on forums.

How I get the my tank specs under the writing? NVM its there! :)
You guys think I can add more fish?

What about the platys that are in your pics? They are not in your sig.

You really should add a couple more ottos, but with those neons you are pretty highly stocked and don't have room.

Remember its not about putting as many fish as you can put in a tank. They need to have room to swim and to be able to get away from each other every now and then, it keeps them happy and thriving. With all those mid dwellers in there (guppies, neons, platys?) they will not be happy.

Also, I would reccomend posting your own thread so people see on the forum that you have a question. Also, its kinda rude to hijack someone else's thread.

ottos are not schooling fish from what i understand....
i could be wrong....

They don't require large schools to be happy like corys, but I've found that single otto's usually die of depression. It's why I always get atleast two. I've found that 3-4 is a good number for ottos, but I've had several pairs in smaller tanks that do well. If you are worried that you don't have enough algae in your tank, buy some algae wafers and throw one in every other day or so. More often if you have something else that will go after the wafers, as ottos tend to be very casual eaters in my experience. They also love to clean the leaves of Java ferns, which are very easy plants to grow/maintain.

The platies died a while back...

Yeah my platies died. Now it had 7 neon tetras, 1 dwarf gourami, 3 guppies, 1 adf, and 1 oto. It's weird, all of my fish that have died were from petco. The petsmart fish seem more hardy!

Its because you did not cycle your tank. Now do you see why we kept telling you that?

also, it might be a good idea to make you own post, and not jack this one, seabass.
