I can't get to the site either. All I see is a generic search result. Could be a network glitch, depending on which hub(s) you hit gives you an error search, or the actual site.

I've bid on one of Th3rd_leg 's auctions on aquabid.com . I've emailed him asking questions about another auction he has (plus if he has other colors) He hasn't responded. I'm a little nervous as he's had some lousy feedback recently. Anyone have any experience with him (positive?)

This is a little late. Hope your experience was better than mine. I paid within about 9 hours. Before I paid though I had 8 emails that were extremely rude demanding immediate payment. He continued to personally attack me and my intelligence. The last email I have from him when I left neutral feedback he was again insulting me and calling me an (3 letter word for donkey).
I looked around and this seems to be a going trend for him.
If you look at Th3rd_leg's feedback, you'll see what rohape experienced to be typical.
I wouldn't buy snails from him though, as I doubt he keeps them in good condition. I think he's really more of a breed-for-profit guy.

As a counterpoint, I want to say that I have bought from him twice now. He has never harassed me, and is always very courteous and friendly. I will say that I usually monitor aquabid closely and pay as soon as I see the auction has ended. However, he has always been excellent as far as seller communication and manners.
The snails I have recieved were in excellent health and beautiful color, even prettier than the photos in his auctions. Shells were thick and hard, with very minor defects. Their poo came out bright green, an obvious sign that they had been eating well. Shipping was quick and the snails were quite well packed. I definitely plan on buying from him again and would recommend him to others here.

I've covered my bases & applied to all states so if my guys start multiplying - I'll be able to ship them.
