I'm absolutely insane... anyone else like this?

Whenever I walk into bathrooms I ALWAYS check the tub. You know pull back the curtains to make sure theres not anyone in there... or crazy burglars or anything.

I also am deathly afraid of dryness. I clench my hands just to make sure they're clammy. My feet too... dont know how I do it, but i must have the sweatiest feet and hands in the whole world

What about storms ?
 
I love thunderstorms, my Mom used to yell at me because I'd go out on the deck to watch the lightning.

As far as other fears, I don't really know...none of the typical ones anyway. Love snakes, insects, spiders are pretty cool, I love getting lost, not claustrophobic at all...shrug.

JM, all I can picture is you with a piece of tape stuck to the back of your hand, frantically waving it around to get it off, like a cat lol.

*Sigh* That is actually what it looks like:(

My family and friends find it hysterical to watch.

I can handle bugs, critters, reptiles even. I can handle any weather you throw at me. driving 100 mph , hauling trailers, Traffic.
I can handle blood, guts, and all that jazz, But stickers I just can't handle.
Bungee jumping, sky diving, rock rappelling. Flying. small spaces, large crowds...
public speaking even.

THOSE DARN STICKERS, ...:eek3:
 
i am not the only one, it actually has a name...panniophobia. lol( just looked this up after all these years??..)
 
There is nothing better then a big storm. I use to spend my summers on Lake Erie and we would get big storms that would roll off the water. I use to sit in the sun room with my dad and watch the storm and the lightning. We just had a huge storm last night that broke a heat wave we've been having. It was a really good one. The thunder was shaking the building! I even have a couple CDs that play thunderstorms because I find them sooooo relaxing and calming.

My biggest fear is car accidents. I've known several people I was close to that have been killed in car accidents. If people I know are driving somewhere I get really nervous if I haven't heard from them. Even thinking about it makes me nervous. I'm going to go play my thunderstorm CD now.
 
I have no fear of storms, I love them. Oddly enough I was talking to my mom one time about fear of weather as my kids are both afraid of storms. She said the whole time she was pregnant with me she had terrible nightmares of my demise in various bad weather situations. I told her she must have used up all the fear during that time cause I have none at all.
 
I love storms. spiders are the only thing that really terrify me.
 
Ohh i love storms, they are beautiful..BUT..Clowns and spiders..HELL NO...evil evil things!!!
