Well lets start off with In about 3-4 weeks im moving into my first house. YES!!!!! I feel like its a nice house in a very nice small local town. I got a great deal on it as well. paying 47,000 and the house appraised at 67,000. SWEET. Now the bad part is i have to move a 10, 30, 30 , and 90 gal tanks. Owell no big deal you gotta do what you gotta do. But here is the real bummer i have to be out at the end of this month only about a week away. my landlord its being a P.I.T.A. and wouldnt let me stay till i get the house. Also i have nowhere else to go so i will be living in hotel JEEP WRANGLER for about 1-2 weeks. but i have no one who will adopt my fish for a few weeks :cry::cry::cry:. I dont know what to do i dont want to see my little friends die because of my money hungry landlord. the guy im buying the house off of was going to let me stay there at the house im buying. YEA. but then my realtor agent butted into our convo and told him that its against PA law. DANG. yea thats right no person shall occupy the house they are about to buy without rental agreement issues that need to be cleared up first.... Basicly im now an owner of a house and not able to move in. i have now where i can go and now my fish are going to die because my landlord thinks they can get an extra 100 outta some other sucker for a garage converted to a house and a poor one at that. :angryfire::angryfire::angryfire:
look into the eviction laws for your county/state. find out if there is a minimum, or if there is an official paper notice required. he can't just tell you to 'be out by the end of the month' if it's a week away.
