Yea by PA law if a verbal and written warning are given before the first of the month there is nothing more that can be done. I have to be out Owell i just keep hoping the paperwork is done in time for the end of this month so i can move. That is the only thing that i can get away with is if im out but have a few things to move. If thats the case then i get 1 week to move my stuff but i cant stay overnight.
 
ok, so the idiot who bought the house behind me, has now picked on my last nerve! well, his construction crews have. Not only did they knock out my power, then lie to me about calling the electric company, they moved everything in my back yard, then caused trouble between me and my other neighbor, because they moved it all in their yard. They then had the nerve to ask me to move my car, so its was easier for them to trample through my yard, to drop chunks of trees of the ledge into their truck. they have been starting work at 6 am every morning, even Saturday. They have made a yucky mess out of my yard, and I can't even put my dog out, because they have no respect for boundaries. they then asked me to put my dog away, because they were scared of her. they have knocked on my door all hours of the day and night making " requests" I am so ready to go yell at them! Seriously, they even broke two old windows that i had saved to paint as a gift. They then denied it, however, they weren't broke when i left, before the tree throwing incident. they also blew my 47 inch TV by knocking out the power and I can't get my DVD player to work..I am so mad, ..They deny that it had anything to do with them ripping the wires to my house out! GRRRRRRR.... I am considering getting an attorney.

Oh man...that really sucks. Have you tried calling the company they are working for? Maybe speak with their manager and see if he will make a deal with you so you wont have to get wrapped up in the legal nonsence. If hes not willing to do anything get a video camera and tape them for evidence. Hope everything works out for you...that really sucks!

Or you know...you could always just sick your dogs on em! LOL!:)

well, i have talked to the guy who bought the house, and since they are independent tree trimming firm, and contractors, I have to take it up with them. The owner of the tree trimming place is the one doing the denying. I haven't gotten a return call from the contractor yet. I figure once i have a lawyer call, they will realize, they are not playing with a " stupid girl" . lol, which is basically how i feel they look at me. The owner of the tree trimming service has went so far as to call me hunny buns. lmao, he has no clue what he is dealing with. he is supposed to call me back this eve after he talks to his "boys" . I assume, once i tell him, that i have no intentions of letting him railroad me, and have every intention of being reimbursed for my losses, due to the negligence of his employees he might reconsider calling me hunny buns again:) .


I should also add, that i have renters insurance,so my TV is covered. It will then be up to the insurance company to extract the funds from them. however, i was trying to be decent and keep from having to deal with the company.i also did not ask for money. i asked him to just replace the TV . He could have bought one much cheaper then what my insurance company has it valued at, since i provided the receipt, and its been a few years since i bought it. if he has to go through my insurance company he has to reimburse them what the original cost was, not what one actually costs now.

lol, no, ..I am not one to abuse the system, and he wasn't actually harassing me. he is just a stupid man, who assumes the only place for a female is in the kitchen. Unfortunately for him,. i have always made guys like that feel pretty dumb when they are unlucky enough to cross me. Think Julia from designing women. LMAO:)

I would let them know about your mafia connections, and your connection to a guy we call RB...let them know how difficult the two could make things for them, I highly doubt they would want to deal with a blue mist..or any unknown vials that may still be lingering in RBs reach!!:grinyes:

Cat, I really hope things work out. I dislike the stupid agent.

Well, my fiance were driving back from dinner when his car refused to switch into gear on the freeway. We cruised to a stop and waited for AAA, who dropped us off at the nearest auto repair shop. That and the taxi cost $50. The catch? He lives 120 miles away.
The repairs are going to cost $1400. On a financing plan it should be manageable, but what a blow! He's not exactly well off. I'm still mostly on support from my parents since they are(as a consequence I don't spend any money I can't help besides on the animals) , but I'm considering getting a job to help him out, though he won't hear of it. Our finances, as you have gathered, are separate, though we make all spending decisions together.
He also had to cancel a trip he was looking forward to with his collegemates.
