Found this about the subject of daphnia & copepods at The Skeptical Aquarist. Any idea on how to cultivate these two for feeding BGK's & other fish?

BAHAHAHAHAHHA!!!!!! Oh Man!!!! That reminds me, earlier this year I had my ex who lived in NY came in from town staying the night, we drank  and smoked a couple of you know whats:thud: ....He had been asking me if I ever give my mbuna feeders which I told him no, they were vegetarian. Well, the next day I left him there when I went and picked up another friend. Came back 20 minutes later and checked the tanks- saw a big piece of a mary jane budd floating around my tank!!! I was so freekin FURIOUS!!!! :mad2 (as you can imagine!) It was funny though, all the mbuna were completely ignoring it. HAHAHAH I guess they know what is safe to eat and what is a potentially nasty bite. When I demanded to know why he put it in he denied it but I know better, my tank is pristine when it comes to foriegn mari j floaters. So be it, that was his last time at my house ever. Geeze, its not like we are teenagers, Im 24 and he is 25 and has two turtles which he gaurds with his life so its not like he doesnt understand the value of a pet. What a jack***zzz!!!! :mad2 So that was a bit off topic....Swimfins said:Party in my tank last night. Lots of plants moved around, some floating even. I found the three partiers sleeping together beside the filter intake this morning. I'm not putting no wine bottle in there no way no how......I think they're already having way too much fun!![]()
