L-10a fry pics

OMG!!! They are fantastic!!!! What a great job you have done!

This is they type of thing that makes my day as a fish keeper!! I'm so excited for you!!!!

They're doing really awesome Todd!

The new eggs have hatched, the male and his tube have been returned to the 38, and there are tiny little whiptails all over the 10 gallon. Here we go again... :thm:

Congrats! :y220e: Soon it will be time to sell the couch to make room for more tanks!

We don't have a couch. When we got rid of the old one and bought a new one it wouldn't fit through the door, so we swapped it for another recliner. Most of the tanks are in the basement now, just the 30L BN farm and the 10 gallon fry tank upstairs. One of these days we'll move into a bigger house, and I'll have space to set up a huge show tank. I have 10 tanks running now, and really don't plan on setting up any more. I may upgrade a couple to larger sizes, but I have enough to keep me busy.

I found this precocious little bugger in the 38, yolk sac already gone. Apparently there was at least one egg that hatched significantly earlier than the rest.

The pH is 7.4-7.6; it comes out of the tap like that, and I use crushed coral to buffer it.

City water, no softener, just plenty of limestone up here in the mountains. If you need to adjust your water chemistry I'd go with an R/O unit.
