Can't really tell from the pictures, is it fuzzy, is it a hump or flat, are there scales missing?

Well it’s really hard to get a close picture. It’s doesn’t appear raised. ... it just looks flat round and white but larger than the tiny ich spots BUT. As I look ? he won’t leave the area and looks a bit grumpy. Hahaha what’s that on the leaves I thought? ... friggen gbr eggs! Omg. I dunno what tO think. Is my tank in chaos or happy enough to breed Or both omg.

Just in case it is hole in the head disease I ordered metroplex but I kinda have to finish ich treatment first
So I will he watching very close But the more I see it the more I think it might just be ich Symptoms after all here are some better pics.
