okay Cam hate to starte the obvious but the foot was not very lucky for the rabbit.
I had a big black cat once that used to kill rabbits and bring home their heads.

Minus 13 here today minus 25 with the wind chill factor.

Morning folks!! The ice has hit!!! Been sitting here watching the lights flicker all morning!!!!:eek3: Have the travel trailor ready in case of no power. At least it has a battery for light and propane heated!
They say it's gonna turn to rain today and tonight more ice and snow!!:mad2:
Kentucky just isn't prepared for this kind of weather. I'm seriously considering a wood stove right now.

Had to turn on the old A.C. tonight when I got home from work , it was 77 inside with the windows open, a little humid.

HIBERNATION. We have about 2 inches of snow and it is just starting to drizzle rain so the ice is coming. The old generator will most likely come out today. We lost our power last week twice when it was so cold,they called it a cold weather outage, guess everyone trying to stay warm.Good luck over there ky.

the frozen rain is so cool on the foliage, reminds me of when the snow just ever so lightly piles up on horizontal tree branches

I'm selfish and thinking only of myself suffering the 44C (111.2F) with zero air movement. It's stifling.
I've just ordered a 6m roll of mylar with which to try a few Summer cool/Winter warm tricks.
Rabbits are introduced, feral, vermin here, dr, but one shouldn't condone animal suffering. While I admire cats and felines generally, as anatomical masterpieces, they're also introduced, feral, vermin here, and do a lot of damage to native wildlife.
Don't let the beast hassle the natives, dr lol.
Hey Chill, what's news? Have you seen the Newfoundlander who's made a space hater from aluminium cams? Sounds 'trashy' I know, but they're very effective and he's exporting them.
