Mafia #14 -- The Play

BTW, it's down to 9 left, when should the detective come out and tell what they know...At this point they're almost a mysterious difficulty. If they get nailed, we learn nothing, if they stay quiet they stay safe but we still may learn nothing...I have reservations about certain people, but not enough for me to jump on anyone positively....A little educated opinion would be fantastic...
 
Crap, I was exhausted and didn't catch that last night...Oh well, kill me for my mistake...I want a win but you guys want blood, good luck with that....
 
Ugh! DC, man I'm trying to clear you in my mind and you come out with this about the detective? Kind of tells me that you really haven't been reading the past couple of days. A vote for you has nothing to do with others wanting blood. You know that the town can't ignore something like this. I'd like input from others regarding this, before voting you, though.

I'd like to hit NS mafia. If not, I'd like to at least hit mafia... Since there's not a swell of support for lynching Swayde at this point, unvote Swayde, I vote to lynch Dwarf Puffers. Willing to move my vote if it looks like it'll be wasted (but I don't think it will).
 
Jensons, I am glad to hear that you and your family are okay. I can't even imagine going through an earthquake, give me a hurricane with several days notice to prepare any day just don't let the earth move under my feet!

I can't believe DC didn't even know the Detective was dead, 2 nightfalls ago, wow. I feel good about my vote there. I would feel good about a vote on DP. I do agree with Jensons that Cooldude could very likely be new school mafia, I'd like to hear more from him and what his thoughts are. This might be his first game, but it's gone on long enough that he should have quite a feel for how it's played by now and be contributing, but he's not. Judgemax's silence is worrisome, but I am still unsure about her and would rather not vote on her.

I'll keep checking in to see if we can come to a majority agreement today, but I will not be available this evening because I'll be spending time with my family. I haven't had a chance to look back at Ice's posts yet, but I would like to try and squeeze that in today too if I can.
 
I've been a bit busy preparing for this weekend, so no, this game wasn't top priority in my mind.

I vote to lynch Jensons.

I still like Jensons for mafia. I'm also not convinced the Blackmailer is an innocent role, if she is the blackmailer. Why would an innocent blackmail? The action itself is a mafia tactic.

I still like JM as mafia.

Cooldude is acting a lot like Bluerat did and it got her through the game so my suspicion on them has risen.

Ogre still bothers me as being mafia, He was early on Charlie the 3rd vote. He started on LG then switched to DJ. Day 3 started on Blue then jumped to DD. The start of day votes are what worries me plus some questionable posts. Not the big ones that seem like they help the town but the smaller ones that throw an idea out there.

Sway for some reason just seems like she is playing differently. Alot of her votes were placed early to pull out low posters. Shes not exactly filling the board with useful info either.

DP has yet to post anything resembling help for the town.

Mad will always bother me until I know for fact he is innocent. He is to good at this game and can play either side well.

I think the people who are new mafia are more obvious candidates at this point. If I survive I will probably vote DP tomorrow and next would be ogre to keep one mafia team from gaining an advantage.

I pulled up these 2 posts. We now know that Ice was in fact innocent, and Jpappy was the Detective. There's not a whole lot to go on because they both pretty much named everyone. But, one thing I see here is that it looks like Jpappy believed in both Ice and Mad and seems very sure they are both innocent. I'm inclined to believe he may have investigated one or both of them. Compared with LG's scaled list, it looks like Ice was investigated.

Based on Ice, Jpappy, and Mad all agreeing on DP, whom I also believe to be mafia...I retract my vote for DC and I vote to lynch Dwarf Puffers.
 
sorry i havn't done anything on here but i hadn't had anything to contribute,
i think we should go w/ lady Gs list, because although she may now be naming the inoccents she would name the mafia... so all the people on the top of her list are suspicious to me...
i really think the players that are leading heavily leading the town around might be mafia, and i kno i've mentioned it already alot of times already but i think RBs clue (if it is one) about the mafia might be some thing, that eaither the mafia are this time around, being big posters, or low posters.
I dunno thats just what i'm thinkin right now
