Ok, if I take Grins, myself, DD, Mal and Lchap off that list it leaves:

I'm not saying I am right guy's just trying a little something out here, as I said I don't think a pirate is going to vote for an innocent 2 nights in a row, at least one that is going to be lynched. I don't think a pirate would vote another pirate 2 nights in a row either.

I'm leaning MM innocent at the moment, because I just don't see pirate there. Leaving 4 players. Obviously I could be wrong here, but I am thinking by process of elimination these are going to be my main focus. Once I have had a chance to review all of them, I will post more thoughts on each. I may and most likely will change my mind on some, this is just where I am starting right now.

HN, originally I was just saying it was possible..not that I really thought it happened..then she came all full force throwing accusation like crazy at me. Saying I was "acting", calling my pirate, giving me the "mafia award"...sorry but the more she came at me like she did, the more I felt there was something to what I said.
No, it has not happened often, you are right..but the possibility was there.

So, you didn't really think he was innocent until after it was posted? The post you directed me to was after nightfall, I'm saying at the time you switched your vote, why didn't you voice you "insight" to his "clues" maybe it would of helped to take the Planking off of RB. Ice could of directed his hit at someone else and JMax could of been Planked instead of RB.

I thought he might be innocent when I read the post I've already pointed to a few times now. I didn't know he was innocent until it was posted by Clown that he was the guard. As an innocent townie, how could I have 100% known anything until then? Perhaps playing as a pirate you've forgotten that most innocents can not chat with one another and do not know who anyone is until Clown announces it.

As for sharing clues I'd found, I clearly did that when I changed my vote to JM by annoucing the mis-type over the Blue/DD/JM thing. Why didn't you pick up on that LG?

Grins...you really are funny. Obviously you do not know me to well, no when I am evil, I do as much as possible to stay out of the light. Look at last game...I was the LAST mafia standing..and it wasn't because I wanted others to look at me I made it that far.

I'm starting to think you're a diversion...Blackbeard, or rather the new Blackbeard has you keep me occupied and has you toss around enough doubtful statements that the town votes to lynch you and your pegleg...and leave Blackbeard unharmed.

LChap, I've been giving this some thought. If you see the rules, we need to eliminate MORE than 50% of the pirate pop. (or 1 Blackbeard) to win. With 7 pirates that would me more than 3.5 pirates, or 4. With 6 pirates that would mean more than 3, or 4. So regardless of whether there are 6 or 7, we still need to get 4 in total. With that being the case, the 7 pirates may be a more attractive option than the 6. While 7 may offer them more weight come lynch time, it does present a larger pool to shoot into.

So, while ideally 5 pirates would be the best scenario, whether we started with 6 or 7 in the game is kind of irrelevant as we need to ultimately kill the same amount in either scenario.



Grins, I would ask that you watch away. And please ask some questions so that I can answer. Unfortunately, this isn't the 1st game where I've been accused of being scum just because folks think I would be good at it. It's kind of a hard thing for me to defend against, as with no questions asked, my only response can be 'Thanks, I think...'.




I feel pretty good that we're safe in assuming that Grins is a known innocent. There was one special occurrence on each of the two nights so far...1) botched hit 2) pirate caught and killed. Nobody switched sides.

IMO the only way that Grins wouldn't be a townie is if she were the thief. It doesn't make sense, though, that the pirates would try to assasinate their potential investigator. Grins is the real deal.


Once again, thanks for the vote of confidence... but not taking risks? What kind of risks would you like to see? I caught heat for going after Beth while everyone else just walked away.

At any rate, I'm still plugging through the thread...sometime later today/tonight I'll post a list of my thoughts on those still left in the game.

You asked for my reasoning on why I thought Mad was Blackbeard. Mounting a case based on his posts is nearly impossible every game, good or evil. I do ask that you and the other townies look at what's missing from his posts though and think about why they would be. I've been calling him out for a couple days and have even voted for him, but yet he does not directly address my posts, choosing instead to deflect attention. All I can ask is that you and those in the know look at it and talk about it.

No and yes. If a strong enough case is made for an innocent, it could easily be covered. Unfortunately that case happened on both nights and based on when I was mafia, I'd say alot of strategy would really depend on scheduling and who is most active in the pirate chat. From past experience, the standing orders would probably be "play like you normally do, but protect so and so (a.k.a. Mad)". Now, why would you ask the question only to me? What exactly are your thoughts about Mad? Lemme guess, no real read?

I'm looking back through Ice's post. He was looking alot at Blue, who I am worried about myself, pulling a few post here.

ok, here are some of my thoughts.

LC, hes top on my list of suspects at this time. I dont like that he admittedly jumped on a train . He came out full force at the start of the game, but now its like hes ot so up an the game, his noobiness is showing through. Did whoever is coaching you LC, have to leave for a bit?

Grins, she has peeked my suspicion however Im on the fence with her at this time. She is an aggressive player, but that doesnt make her mafia or innocent. She will slip up eventually if she is mafia.

RB, he is very serious this game, not like the RB Ive played with in the past at all.

MeeMee, something isnt right with her, call it a gut feeling if you will, I cant put my finger on it.

JM, same goes for her as with mee mee.

Lady G, this is the first time I think I have ever said this about anyone, much less LG. I have her leaning innocent.

Im not sure where my vote will end up, LC is standing out the most to me at this time, however. Id ike to get to the one that is coaching him first. Ice or HN prhaps? What makes me say those two is they are both aggressive players and I dont see that agressiveness this round really.

This last paragraph, is what I am looking most at. She states she thinks LC is being coached, which yes, I've had that thought myself..but really I have him leaning innocent, she says she thinks he is being coached by Ice, or HN. Well we know Ice is innocent, HN have no idea at the moment. Anyway, she says here she DOESN"T see their agressiveness this game.

No, HN, not calling anyone out for low posting, or saying anyone should post more. Didnt say you havent been agressive. If you care to reread my post, I stated why in it that it seemed like you and ice werent posting as much.

As far as going after someone, I have posted my suspicions and thoughts as I have had them, and the reasons why I have voted for someone.

Grins, I didnt say you had attempted to hide behind anything. What I said was, you could be hiding out in the open. Instead of interpretting and reading between lines that are not there, it will pay for you to read exactly what I said and take it at face value. You are grasping at straws. I have listed my suspicions, including what I listed on you. This is the second time you have told me to post my suspicions. Guess what Grins, I have already. Do you have any more orders to bark? You are good at that, aren't you. Could you be leading the ship?

For reasons already posted, I vote to make RB walk the plank. This is subject to change. LC, JM, and Grins are other possibilities of who I may vote for.

I asked you HN, mainly because you had just posted and I knew you were there to answer me. Yes, I do agree that strong cases were made on both nights. I agree it is usually play normal...but being on an innocent 2 nights that will end in being a known innocent?

I guess, I'm just wondering about DD and Mal, they are two I was leaning pirate, but then this made me think maybe not, or maybe just one of them. What is your opinion of them??

As far as Mad, honestly no...I do not know, I have looked through his post some and so far I really have seen nothing. I have played a couple games with him, but really I don't remember anything except he is a good player as to his style. So I am having a hard time.

3rd Night Fall - Friday 8pm Central Time (No UD's will happen this day due to lack of voting.)

I thinking that depending on RB's schedule we will freeze it Friday night after nightfall is completed or Saturday Morning.. What say all of you??

The game will freeze as of this point and I will have RB lock the thread. Nothing will be allowed to occur so people can enjoy the holiday and no one feels pressured to log on to the site.

Game will resume on the 27th of December.
4th Nightfall - December 29th 8pm Central Time (UD's will not happen this day)
5th Nitghfall - Extended till January 2nd 8pm Central Time (UD's resume)
All nightfalls after this point will happen at a normal 2 day interval unless you decide to have them happen sooner. All nightfalls will happen at 8pm Central Time.
