I was actually thinking that too. Mad went pretty hard after Kashta so its looks very bad for her...but then again...With Mad being the Hit victim it really makes Kash and Plant stand out as scum, but that also bothers me because its so obvious.
I retract my vote for Kash.
I acted too quickly, we should discuss this a bit before
ooops. supposed to be plant there...Kash and who are your top suspects pappy?
Some answers...
When a player that was presumed dead comes back from protection the town will be told they have returned - since they were protected, when they die, I will not reveal anything more than they were a citizen.
For the most part, the majority of the town will not know the status of the returning player.
- If it was mafia protection then the one wiseguy that protected the player will know and that player will be a wiseguy, not able to communicate, but get the blackmail details from the Don.
- If it was rebel protection, then all of the rebels will know, plus that player will become a rebel.
- If it was bala protection, then only the bala will know.
The protections are for lynch's. Anyone can be protected. If a wiseguy wants to protect the Don and the Don get's lynched, then a wiseguy will be promoted to Don and when the player returns, they will be a wiseguy. Now the ex-Don could have been protected by the bala, but not the rebels. The ex-Don would return as a wiseguy or a mafia citizen.
If the rebels and the wiseguy protect the same person there is no protection. If the rebels protect the Don or a wiseguy, there is no protection. There will be no double agents. No player that was a wiseguy will return as a rebel and no rebel will return as a wiseguy. They may return to their original "team" or be citizens. They will not turn. The Don, the wiseguys, and the rebels will return from protection if their own team selected them or if bala sselected them.
I hope this clears this up.
By the way, there are protections for this first lynch and I will need tomorrows protections before nightfall. If for some reason your protected player does not make it through the night, you lose that protection. (you were a day late!)
Part of me wants to tell the player they are being protected, but am unsure - I think they should know. Also there is no rule against voting for yourself.
I hope this clears this up. For the record my plan to mod a game was to keep it simple with some twists.
Speaking of twists, is that blue mist coming from the east?

For two days you have made comment after comment about it being a bad idea to vote Kash. Did you put your protection on her today or something?Welcome back Zig, hopefully your still with us and not a newly recruited Rebel.
Red you got me man, I was positive you were scum. The only thing left to do is follow Mad's lead and see where it takes us.
I vote to lynch Kash.
We can't lose any more Citizens... especially not from our own lynching.
Ok bold text one I am leaning mor towards you being scum now. Assuming you are scum this would make sense. You hoping that Zig is not a rebel sense the rebel role is to get rid of mafia. Bold text two, even though it says Mad is a citizen that don't mean he is not mafia, a protection would make his lynch look like he was just a citizen...You say the only thing to do is follow his lead....this seems very scummy to me. Lastly you vote to lynch Kash right off the bat and later retract the vote but never really went into detail but to say you wanted to see what comes about in discussion.Welcome back Zig, hopefully your still with us and not a newly recruited Rebel.

Ok next here you retract your vote only after stating that kash and plant stand out as scum...If you feel this way why retract your vote so soon? You say because it is so obvious but if so than why retract your vote? With Mad being the Hit victim it really makes Kash and Plant stand out as scum, but that also bothers me because its so obvious.
I retract my vote for Kash.

Hmmm in a later post jpappy confirms you and him have the same top suspects....two scum here following mads lead?Kash and who are your top suspects pappy?
This would confirm why mad was going so hard after kash and why you and zsand are plotting together now. Scum move all the way....seems playing under the controll of the DON. You mention reverse psychology then you mention not playing by thinking like scum any scum player would try and play like this.I was actually thinking that too. Mad went pretty hard after Kashta so its looks very bad for her...but then again...
there's a reverse psychology round-a-bout here, which makes it hard to decipher what went down. I tend to play by trying not to think like the scum players because its never predictable.
There's also the chance they were just fishing for a PR as Kashta was a good candidate to leave around. She really didn't need much help to be put on the block.
