See I was thinking the opposite. That a noob wouldn't know to take out Z and Plant and that a Vet would. But you could be right that the hits were because of Luv, though I could see a Vet playing it off that way.

And that is why I personally don't like to make a big deal about why certain people were hit...

I just thought it was interesting that they both voted for a confirmed mafia.

I'm really on the fence with Ice. But his recent behavior is intriguing.

I vote to lynch Wycco

Some of his posts just don't sit right. He tried to keep Luv on his list but down play her evilness.

Here we have Ice vote Wycco right away.

The whole basis of the game if mafia is to act like you are innocent. So no matter which side she is playing she would want to look like she is talking to the innocents.


This post plus the case Jpap built against you and Wycco seals the deal.

Someone would have to be stupid or mafia not to vote one of the two of you guys.

In no way am I sure Wycco is innocent but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for at least the next 24 hours to prove if he is or not. Build a case instead of crying in your cereal.

I retract my vote on Wycco and vote to lynch TRS.

Ice then says he's willing to give Wy the benefit of the doubt...and switches to TRS. He does actually put together a case later.

Only reason TRS got a vote was because I had to put a vote somewhere and he was the one I was going to look into. Be pretty stupid to lay a vote on one person then look at posts of another person. Does it bother you that I'm looking at a team mate?

All you are doing are attacking players that voted you. Do you really think everyone that voted you is mafia? Is there anyone not on you that you think is mafia?

Here I do not understand Ice's reasoning...how would it be stupid to look at TRS's posts but still keep the vote on Wycco? I didn't know that you had to switch votes in order to do that...

You guys don't need to worry about my retraction. I'm 99% sure its going back to Wycco. I'd give him 1% chance that he'd change my mind but its not looking like he even wants to try.

Wycco must be waiting on his team to show to help him with his 1-10 list.

I just didn't want us all to settle. I put a vote on TRS so others would look back and see if I might have missed any interaction.

I've never had to trust gut feeling more then in this game. Most players aren't posting a lot. With 25+active players I thought there would be more. I include myself but with so many new players I thought I'd take the watch and react approach.

Ice's vote will most likely go back to Wycco. Switched to TRS because he didn't want it to be unanimous...

I'm torn about Wycco. He has said things that make me say mafia then things that say he is innocent. Some of his rambling posts in the past 2 days aren't those of mafia.

One of the things he said to make me think not was when I pulled off. I keep thinking why would mafia try to implicate me as a team with Jpap and Noodles if he shows mafia? I could see that if he is innocent though.

But his posts about checking out Ogre and Rocker if he shows mafia pulls me back to mafia because it looks like he is trying to implicate them. Now I have to wonder if Ogre and Rocker are team mates of Wycco, if just one of them are or if neither are and he is trying to run us in circles.

TRS still bothers me. I don't play depending on my role. I play as I see fit that game. Him saying I'm usually mafia isn't true either. I think most of us that have played this game know that you end up innocent more often then not. Not true for those hit and miss players but I've been in 40 games +/-. Him using that excuse to deem me innocent bugs the crap out of me.

What is starting to really stand out are those players that say if Wycco comes back innocent they plan on looking at so and so. No one made you vote Wycco, it seems like you know he is innocent and are setting these players up. These players include Noodles and Jpap.


I'm going to wait a little longer and see what transpires. I won't be around at night fall as Friday night is MLB 09 night but I will make sure to have a definite vote in before nightfall.


Rockers post about being set up by Wycco while he has the same exact suspect list about clinches it though.

Still some wavering.

I'm not even close to being sure on Ice, but thought it was worth mentioning. He accused Wycco of keeping Luv on his list but "downplaying her evilness"...I seem similar behavior here by Ice. Ice still may switch to Wycco as he said but I find it very interesting that he switched in the first place.

I switched as I said to give Wycco 24 hours to convince me he is innocent.

I wanted to give him the false security that if I dropped that others could drop also.

Since I was going to look at TRS I figured he would be where my vote would go after the retraction for the reason stated above.

Yep I'm still not sure about Wycco. Most of his posts seem to confuse but a couple stick out as innocent. Rockers post kind of confirms Wyccos guilt to me though.

But it scares me that both you and Noods name players you will go after if Wycco is innocent, not mafia but innocent.

But we have Rocker voting Noodles when he says Wycco is setting him up.

I am reading things over again (with the usual distractions!:swear trying to determine which way I should turn after nightfall. If Wycco is mafia (which I think he is, obviously) then I will most likely look at Rocker, and probably Ogre since Wycco keeps proclaiming that Ogre is innocent; altho this may be his plan to have the town go after one of their own.....hhhhmmmmm.....
If Wycco comes up innocent I plan on looking into Zaffy, Jpap and Firedancer......

I really dont like "what ifs" (and like suspense even less!) I will gather my thoughts better after we know the results of nightfall....

For the record, I am going out this evening and hope to be home for nightfall but not sure I will make it....

Looks like we will have a bunch more UD's. Let's hope they include more mafia.....

I agree that it seems that way as the last two days (well, I guess all 3 days) have come to an almost unanimous lynching. But the choice is so obvious, at least for me- last nightfall and this one. I feel that I am making my own decisions and not following a pack. If Wycco comes up innocent then...well, I dont know. I will have to look at everything all over again. UGH! Off the top of my head, if Wycco comes up innocent then I will look at Jpap again. He has made a great case against him, which at this point I am in total agreement with, and appreciate him taking the time to put it together so I did not have to! (just being honest). It will also cause a few more of the vets to move up on my list....and lets not forget the noobs. Chances are very good that there is a noob on the mafia team. It would be odd to have an all vet team. There are so many players not really participating and it is possible that there are more non participating mafia - we can hope that many of them UD.....

Ok guys and gals, bear with me...

As I read the thread and look at the votes I can’t help but feel that we are being led around by the mafia like a people by a poodle. I know that I have a nonsense vote sitting on Annie that needs to be changed, and I don’t like the options I seem to have (either Wycco or I must be mafia). There are sooo many players, and so little posting (I know, myself included, but I think I may be at an all-time with this game thus far, lol) there’re no bushes being kicked, and no new thoughts being put out. We have almost 24 hours left! Are we just going to twiddle ours thumbs? I have a hypothetical situation for all of you. It depends on my gut feelings about players, and runs with those feelings for all they are worth.

Assume that Jpap and Wycco are innocent. If we lynch Wycco today, and he comes up innocent, then Jpap the next and he comes up innocent we are in a sad place. So, let’s pretend that we know that they are innocent, cuz I say so. Who do we look at next? Ddoll? Dawg? TRS?

Ddoll has a vote on Wycco with a majority of the town. She switched from Jpap after Wycco pleaded his case ad nausea. I already pulled posts from her that don’t sit right with me. I can totally see her as the vet who pulled the plug on Z and Plant.

TRS hasn’t been terribly helpful, and seems to have given up on voicing his thoughts. Beaten down mafia give up, and become rude/nonchalant about their input.

Dawg has me the most worried right now.

I think you are setting up Wycco, because here:

you claim that Wycco is distancing and bring in Jpap, setting them both up to take a fall in your absence.

Above, you set up Ogre to look like he meant to out the Det, even though it looked pretty clear from his post that that was not what he meant. Again, it feels like a frame job to me.

There are, of course, others to be suspicious of, (like everyone!) but this is what I’ve got running around in my brain right now. I just can’t shake the feeling that something is terribly wrong about what we’re talking about and who we’re interrogating. It never hurts to look at other options.

I retract my vote on Annie and vote to lynch Dawg.

FD's post, where she proposed that others come up with a plan, so to speak, on what to do if we are in fact wrong. This why I stated my "what ifs". She is right that we should not be focusing on one sole player and should look at all the options. I am certain that my vote will stay where it is, but I need to look forward and figure out where to go next in any circumstance....I hope to God that I (we) are correct and Wycco is mafia, but in all honesty there is no way to know for sure until the night.....I can only go where I feel best.
