Mafia #6.....The Play

Actually Ogre, I've been posting alot since Ice was lynched. I felt it was my duty as a townie to find the clues to help rid the town of Mafia. And your first post that day was only to post the snitch's list from day 1 and then not much help until last night when I asked you to be more helpful if you were a townie. Then you posted up RB's nighttime narrations and make comments like you did not appreciate his narration. Is it because it contains too many clues? Do you really think that the snitch would name 4 names on the first list and/or 3 names on the second night? Do you really want Sploke gone that bad. I've been reviewing his posts this morning and I find nothing that makes me want to vote for him. What makes you want to vote for him?
 
Yes, nic, whiile going through Sploke's posts I came across a couple of conversations he had with Ogre that mad Ogre look less Mafiaish. His concern that pple were voting for Jmax when she wasn't even around and also that that would cripple our going after real Mafia, which was along the lines of what I was thinking also.

Which YOU encouraged me to examine by berating me that I wasn't helping the town. I also listened to you when you suggested (as did several others) that the mafia wouldn't put four names on the snitch list. I've agreed with you and done what you said and you make me target number one.

IMO, Sploke is most likely to be mafia, especially after the way you and Sway leap to his defense. Do I want him gone, yes, he's mafia.

I'll be happy with a majority vote on anyone from my list. But it must be all the town working together. The trouble is getting everyone to go along the same path.

I guess we'll see tonight.

BUT we get NO NEW information if we do it your way. We're basically giving the mafia a free ride for the day... letting them slip into their roles with no defending required. I would rather take a chance on getting a mafia tonight and have lots of new information than just let the mafia get a free day. I believe that the mafia want this free day. So those on my original list remain so at this time. Note that these are the players that are attacking me.

Sway, please look at Coler's post #406. That list DOES NOT have my name on it.. does it? That's the list that Coler pushed.

I have not counterattacked those that are accusing me of mafia-ism. My vote for Ice was based on several pieces of evidence that lead me to believe he is mafia. ZSand is acting very different from his previous games. the last two games, I got a totally innocent vibe from Zsand, now he seems more and more mafia.

Alright, Ogre this post convinces me you are not likely to be Mafia. I withdraw my vote for Ogre.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRR, we are getting our hinds kicked. I still like my pick of DP the most if anyone cares.
 
Unless anyone comes up with a better and more solid candidate, I vote to lynch Dwarf Puffer.

Has anyone taken a good look at Jensons? I scanned her yesterday, but there wasn't much to go by other than she voted for Ice and she thought Ogre and/or Mad were Mafia. And I saw that she was on some late last night as I was researching, butt she didn't post.
 
Ogre you're seriously going to try and get a lynch train started on me, based on these clues basically pulled from thin air? I find it really hard to believe that RB would flat out tell you who is mafia, especially since I know I'm not. The GM, in my opinion, is supposed to be impartial, not help one side he wants to win when they start losing. The snitch rule was one thing, but I can't believe he'd sugarcoat the names and line them right up for us. At the same time, I can't believe you're mafia, just misguided at the moment. You haven't really made me suspicious this whole game and I'm not going to change my mind now just because you want me out.

Like i said earlier, we don't have any cohesiveness. I thought we were at a point yesterday afternoon where we had picked out 2 potential lynch candidates, and were going to stick with those. If we get spread out again over 4 or 5 people, we don't haev a chance, we're basically giving the mafia what they want. At the time, the two candidates were swayde and nick. I initially voted for swayde but now I'm no longer comfortable with that vote. DP's name has been thrown around for the past two nights but that hasn't gone anywhere. My two top candidates right now are Nick and DP...somehow DP managed to mostly stay off the radar as a top suspect and hang in the game. I'm going to go check a few things and then vote.
