I accept that things aren't always what they seem, I'm still trying to figure this situation out myself. JL and you make a pretty good argument where you basically echo eachother. So I'm going to go ahead and assume you are communicating with him. Lab's posts made me wonder, they actually make sense.
I don't know who to trust. The stakes are high tonight, you could be legitimately be trying to save time for the mayor to find the detective, or you could be trying to lynch a sure thing townie who you have already investigated.
The rest of this between Kash and FF is sillyness. I hope neither of you mean anything by it, but this is just a game, it's supposed to be fun.
I don't know which side Fish is on, Zaffy, and I'm not sure he does either half the time. All I know is when Ice made the assignments, he would never have picked someone like FF to be our mayor. Would you have? I seriously doubt it.
I took a load of heck last game for thinking that assignments were non-random. I'm not going to rule out the possibility here. I doubt (s?)he is the mayor, but it's not outside the realm of possibility.
I did too in that Vampire game we had when I suggested Ice hand-picked the roles. Everyone was all over me after that... although Ice even admitted after it was over that he did. So I've avoided that question ever since, myself. Even so, if he went with a random draw for positions and FF landed as a key PR player. I'm sorry, but that would have been adjusted.. IMO.
