There wasn't much I didn't agree with from Kash until these posts

IMO the ideal situation from the scum side is to let the town lynch one of their own with no interference from the mafia at all. Then for the town to blame the specific innocents who voted that dead townie. This increases the odds that the town will kill off another innocent the next night too and we gain no evidence through posts or vote analysis that leads us back to an evil.

Red Text -- The "perfect safe vote" for an evil, therefore, is to avoid voting someone the scum knows will flip innocent. They still get "an innocent to boot" and have misdirected us to go after another innocent or two for the next night's lynch.

One dead innocent is just as good as another for the scum team when they haven't had a chance to ID any of the townie PRs yet. Username doesn't strike me as particularly dangerous to the opposing side either, so I fail to see any reason a scum player would put their name on UN's lynch unless they had to for some other reason... For example, if there was a fellow mafia player in the running for lynch (which there wasn't in this case), that would be good reason to make sure the townie dies instead. UN just wasn't a threat to anyone from anything I could see.

Blue Text - Rich who exactly are you talking about here? You later made that sound like a reference to Ice (with your vote) but Noods makes a much better "fit" there.

--> I think a single vote by a late voter (Noods voting Wizard 4 min before nightfall) sends up more flags than a third vote on UN (Ice was the 3rd vote on UN), especially with a reason to throw out there.

Green Text - If I'm reading you right, you seem to believe UN's lynch was deliberately orchestrated by scum and innocent townies had nothing to do with it.

Purple Text - Ice doesn't fit everything you said. What you said is a jumble between Noods and Ice.

I went through this with him here, I can see what me means after this exchange.

I saw that too, Ice. But you concluded that Rich is just wrong. While I agree he's wrong, I also think it's suspicious for him to this confusing.

I don't see Rich as being confused, just didn't make it as clear what his thought was at 1st. But even after she saw what he meant she still felt the need to push the issue. Just because he was wrong in his thought doesn't make him evil.

Knowing what we know about LG being an innocent makes the posts Slushie pulled on Kash even more incriminating.

I've got to appologize, Rich. You've had more game related posts than I thought. I didn't pull them all, but got a good sampling of them.

Question now is did one of the Bullys help push UN off the edge or did the good kids do their work for them?

Did they put a vote on him or did we do the job all by ourselves?

Rich's question that I asked for clarification on and the clarification. In and of itself it seems harmless enough. I'll come back to this in a minute.

Really is so little to go on. A couple of statements questions that are slightly unusual and a vote full of mostly single votes. I am going to read through this again later when I get home. See if I see anything at all.

It is rather frustrating. Nothing to talk about or question. I may randomly pick a vote on UN and vote them.

Another post about how tough it's been. We're on the same page at least.

I disagree, day one, UN was a perfect place for a bully vote. Kashta you just said we hardly ever get day one right.

There is a hint of a reason, all that is ever really needed. UN was voting a very possible UD and he is good at getting into trouble on day one add that he was not very active, perfect safe vote and you get an innocent to boot.

I think a single vote by a late voter sends up more flags than a third vote on UN, especially with a reason to throw out there.

I also thing scum does not just want to hide they look for an easy kill. They got UN.

I vote to lynch Ice.

He fits everything I just said.

Rich's controvercial post. Makes a lot more sense since the first time I read it. If there was a reason for me pulling it, I've forgotten what it was.

I am torn. I like my case on Ice but it does have holes. I also see the points about Noods. I do not want a tie either. Nothing happening does not help anything.

I withdraw my vote on Ice and Vote to lynch Noods.

Ice has been around all day and trying to get things uncovered I do not see that in Noods at all.

I can only assume Rich was typing as I was posting to break the tie. Our vote switches came in about 2 minutes apart if I remember right. Since he was the third person in the tie, this was really the only move he could make if he wanted to break the tie. It also seems to be a self preservation move since he had no way to know I was going to break the tie.


In summary... I'm only seeing a couple little things with Rich: a) possibly trying to start WIFOM conversations, b) potential self preservation move to lynch Noods. Neither of these are close to being concrete or damning enough for me to vote Rich again tonight. I guess I would have to be in cautiously neutral territory on Rich atm.

Kash's posts have already been pulled by Ice and his son. I have to say I'm seeing quite a bit to make me wonder. FF's quotes where Kash questioned a bunch of people then didn't vote for any of them (us) is interesting. As is Ice's point about how she kept after Rich after he made his point clear enough that even I could understand it. I'm seeing a good case for Kash atm.

Nice try at pulling of the win for you and your scum buddies DD. If you read Ice's post you will see he stated that I had the weakest reason for voting UN.

He is right, as I stated earlier, my vote was a random D1 vote to avoid being a UD.

Now back to my question, what have you done to help the town?

Looks like that puts us at 3 mafia and 4 town. We have to get this right from now on or it's a loss.

It seems odd to me that Kash seems so confident about the numbers. I know she was questioned about it and explained it as logical reasoning, but there seems to be confidence here that is troubling to me. I had thought it was DD who had posted this, so I didn't even think of it when thinking through Kash's game, but there it is.

I asked for her explanation to see if she'd pull the posts I thought she would and she did. At the time of the posts I wasn't sure of Wiz but after his single vote after he attacked Noods for the same a day earlier I'm less sure. I also get real uneasy when it appears someone agrees with me so early in a game and has my back.
You guys then adding in the comments above make it more uneasy. If you were truly looking for scum why didn't you take notice, you guys are accomplished players that I wouldn't expect not to also question this.

Let me set the record straight on this point first.

I did not "attack" Noods for a singleton vote.

She said she didn't want to waste her vote by leaving it where it was and then in the last minute made a singleton vote. I asked her what the difference was. I "attacked" her for dancing around the question so many times.

When Noods finally gave me the complete answer it satisfied my curiosity and I moved on. The same as I did with Rich when he answered about the post you and I and I think JB all asked him about.

While Bally almost got my knee-jerk reaction vote, I couldn't resist UN for voting Pir, even though it's been said he may UD already... wasted or safe vote... I vote to lynch UN

This is DD's first real post with content. Strikes me as a little odd that it also contains her vote. Also I think it's funny that she calls Bally out for "stretching" while saying she nearly voted Bally on her own stretch.

can't really put my finger on it.... I guess I would expect more from Wiz but again, I haven't played a whole lot in the recent games so thius might be how Wiz is now...

Here she says she'd expect more from Wiz, but apparently not from herself. The double standard seems odd to me. In fact, the whole interaction between DD and Wiz strikes me as strange. It seems like neither of them are able to let it go. I haven't played much with DD, so I really can't comment on that side of it; but it seems a bit un-Wizlike.

Are you serious? It is day one, Wiz.... and why would I be the one to answer that?

The debate between DD and Wiz really heats up. I so badly want to call this out as distancing. Mostly because of the "can't let it go" factor on both sides.

ok, I only picked out the posts from Ice that brng me to thinking he is trying to push thoughts of suspicion of Wiz to the side or as something that shouldn't focused on.
this tells me you are trying to disprove thoughts of why Wiz would be suspect... problem is though that so early in the game, does anyone have siolid foundation as to why they feel someone is suspect?




By this post, wait. Let me start by saying that Ice, personally, I feel you are one of the strongest (if not the strongest) Mafia player across all games. That said, I believe that when you post, a lot of people listen to you and seem to understand your thinking and tend to fall on the agreeing side of it... so with the underlined italicized statements above, I would think a lot of people would like to push their thoughts aside as well for Wiz, believing he is no threat.

DD posts her thoughts on Ice. Seems (again) to be a bit of a... stretch... to borrow a term. When she said she was gonna come back with her case on Ice, I was expecting a case... not 2 or 3 posts. Something seems disingenuous to me.

I am not understanding how you got your numbers kash, could be that I am bad at math equations.... if you thought it could be 3 or 4, why wouldn't you say that?

DD calls out Kash on the numbers thing, then gets it. I can see the scumden conversation now... "Kash, you screwed up and told them how many of us there are"... "Crap"... "I'll call you out on it and maybe we can brush it over."

Anyway... I'm not getting an innocent vibe from DD to say the least. I don't like the wishy washy, I don't like the calling people out for making stretches while doing so herself, and I definitely don't like the Wiz interaction.

What I have done, and you would know this if you read the thread, is to start asking some questions once there was anything to question.
