ACVille shows the signs of wear throughout the many years of battle between town and scum. Some shops are silent reminders of residents of the past who have either moved on, or been buried under the soil. If one business can thrive in such a place, it's the mortician. Business is booming, it's so good in fact that there are barely enough hands to tend the dead. As such, the quality of work declines. The police are scarcely around, if not corrupt themselves. Evidence isn't collected, and tagged the way it should be.
As Zaffys body is pushed through the assemblyline-esque process of being cleaned and buried. Some evidence makes it through, and is buried along with his lifeless mass.

Bala, alarmed by what has transpired attempts to flee this forsaken city but is intercepted by Zombie Zaffy Hitman. At the airport gate, Zaffy grabs at JB and tears his return ticket from his hands. Zaffy destroys the return tickets and seals JB in the plane. Forever banished to Lithuania(because that place sucks), JB will be one more soul forgotten by the small town of ACVille.
