Mafia who done it! The Play

Look guys, I think rb is on everyone's list. I agree with Ice that we must pick ONE person to lynch. The innocents can't be split up at this point or we are screwed. I like rb (and will keep my vote on him) as mafia.

The problem is I see RB as a 50/50 shot...He could be innocent, he could be guilty...it's a toss up between Beth and RB in my mind.

My concern is that Ice and mad (and me for that matter) haven't been eliminated by the mafia. That leads me to think that we have some experienced mafia players. So I can't discount that one of Mad, Ice, hooked is mafia.

This has me very concerned as well...IF I were Mafia, I know I'd want to take the biggest risks (Mad, Ice, HN) to myself out. The fact that they haven't been tells me that they're most likely Mafia...or they're much more cunning then I'd give them credit for.

I'll switch to RB, Ice, Mad, HN or Beth...Mad looks like the best chance for a win to me...and RB and Beth look like the biggest chance for slipping and lynching an innocent, losing us the game. However, if that's what the town wants (Bkw, Ogre, Myself, and possibly Beth) I'll go for it just to consolidate our votes and make it that much harder for the Mafia (Ice, Mad, HN for sure) to do a last minute vote-swap.

Bkw, are you comfortable on voting for RB, or would you like to go after someone else on the list the three of us can agree upon? Ogre, would you be willing to switch with me and Bkw?

No Beth, I don't necessarily think that LChap is the Colonel, but at this point he's the strongest candidate for mafia, in my book. He starts out with general observations, post counts, etc. ('carefully' as he claims), refusing to question anyone, then he apparently 'follows' on the lynch of two innocents, only to now pawn it off as 'I've been duped!' This guy reeks of scum...

Now with regard to your thoughts about Ogre being Colonel:

Ice I think Rb is mafia, but If I had to go with my top 2 for a vote he would not be one of them. My top #1 vote is Ogre-as the Colonel.And HN or LC wouldd be second

Beth, I don't know Ogre's status, but your logic for declaring him the Colonel (or even mafia) is kind of shaky, at best. I was thinking last night about those casting the singleton votes, and something that bothered me was the fact that you had Ogre leaning innocent most of the game, so I decided to look at your reasons again.

The fact that you've found Ogre to be 'helpful and logical' is really a strange reason to all of the sudden think he's the Colonel (or even mafia) for that matter. If you want to keep thinking that Ogre is Colonel, then that's all well and good, but it doesn't look like Ogre is even on the table today. Any singleton votes on Day 3 will ABSOLUTELY DOOM the town...

Mad I agree that there is no way to make a case for Ogre this late in the game and I am willing to let it go. I think that we need to come together as a town, and get a mafia, the question is which one?

RB, I see you've voted Ice again. I like Ice for mafia, too, but are you still willing to go it alone again if you can't muster up the support?

We are at 4/4 right now.

That means all four Innocents, must be on the same Mafia member, or game over. I am leaning you as innocent at this point. I know I haven't given any in depth posts, but in this game with so few posts in general, I haven't seen a need for it.

To me, Ice's posts are the typical ones he does as an evil. No consistency in them and flighty at times. But they can be pretty lax in the 8/5 split we started with and one power role that foolishly gave themselves away.

When jpappy so foolishly did it, cory posted about it when he should have kept hia mouth shut.

Hook and Beth notice it and all but try to make it out as no big deal. Ice finally brings it up once the talk had died down. If he was a true townie, he should have shut up and not talked about it. His posting would have been to others about giving away a power role.

I foolishly brought it up a day later, but I had come to the conclusion already on the extreme one sidedness of the game, and using one of Ice's statements

" Let the vocal players take one another out just like every other game"

realized the Mafia had no reason to hide this game. They could be vocal and sway any vote, especially when they knew who the Doc was, a Doc that could also investigate.

I'll vote with who ever can convince me they are an innocent and I see at least 3 there that are in the same shoes, IMO.

Right now, all I am positive of, is the game is over the instant I am lynched. At least the mafia won't have to waste time in chat today, so Ice will be able to stay on his football crap.

Ice is good at suckering folks in when he is Mafia and easily, like teflon, sheds the guilt the next day when another Innocent bites the dust.

Sorry Mad, I don't like asking for advice, here in lies my problem, I think that either HN or LC are mafia, I know that I stated Ogre as the Colonel, but what if I am wrong, and Ogre is just mafia or innocent for that matter. THe more Rb posts the less mafia he feels.
I think we should focus on LC or HN.

I agree about Ice... his MO when mafia tends to be 'run 'em over with wild theories (and no logic or evidence)'. This game I've seen alot of 'I'll bet so and so was doing this (or thinking that) when they said this.... they must be scum.' Absolutely no evidence or logic to back him up.

I've seen him do it with Niko in the Santa Game, with JudgeMax in the 2-team game that blew apart, and now myself. He started out early on BKW as well (one of those early weak cases that he was pushing), and only backed off very recently. Usually when innocent Ice will start out aggressive and logic will eventually creep in and take over, not here though...

Has nobody noticed that whatever I do is scummy to Ice? The first two posts into the game he's jumping up and down that I'm scum, and it hasn't ended yet. I go after LChap which makes me scummy (Ice now agrees on LChap), I point out that LChap didn't vote Andi which makes me scummy (Ice now sees that differently, too). I go after Hooked Newbie that makes me scummy (but now Ice is on Hooked), I move to Charlie to consolidate the vote and apparently I'm saving Hooked Newbie which is scummy (even though a late mafia move was a strong possibility with the vote split across 2 candidates)... the list goes on and on. People really need to open their eyes.
