sounds great :) Might be getting Hastatus on Sunday, everyone cross your fingers for me! Might also be getting dwarf pencil fish as well as a bunch of new shrimp. The fish will have to go through a minimum qt time in my tanks before becoming available for sale (probably min. 1 week, preferably 2 before being offered for purchase)
The green neon tetra incident is still fresh in your mind I see :) A blessing in disguise maybe.

Absolutely! I have always held fish in the past for a minimum of a week before listing them. I think I just got a bit concerned about the sheer quantity of fish in my posession during the great neon debacle of '09 <LOL, gotta find humor somewhere in the tragedy>.

Tell me about it. I am hitting roadblock after roadblock but haven't given up yet

You know I'm lurking Rachel. All of your stock looks in primo shape :worthy:

Agree with rich_one; I'm in total nerite withdrawal. Still holding off on that re-order from you in the hopes you'll have a nerite miracle.

Those microcrabs are tempting though. How do they respond to gravel vac? I vac aggressively weekly, and would hate to see them stressed.

Is there a good place to go for general information on the crabs? Could they go in a 10G with a betta, adfs and dwarf cories?

I would not put them with a betta. there is not really any concrete source of information out there though some anecdotal accounts are around.

I have to agree with Msjinkzd. The two Bettas I have owned both developed a taste for inverts. Mainly snails but they'd harrass the ghost shrimp too when they came out of hiding to scavenge. In your case it'd probably come down to the temperment of the fish.

(p.s. Just use this as an excuse to get another tank! It's what I'd do... :D )
