yeah but acrylic is clearer and lighter, also stronger. glass is easier and doesnt scratch so easily. i guess it depends on what im looking for.

You can say that again - ALL types of insurance specially health insurance = major SCAM! They make a killing off of people and when its time to pay out they ALWAYS try to find a way out!
talking about health insurance they actually slipped and released that they make most of their money not paying the doctors. claiming that the billing is flawed or received late. car insurance is hell. this is just another game.
oscar was around 8 inches, orobably more. the larger silver dollars were 6-7 inches. i raised them since they were the size of a dime.
Sucks to put that much time, effort, @ TLC into it and have it come to such a catstrophic end! Sorry man. Got an older 75 gal. bowfront in the living room and often wonder the damage it would do if it gave way. Good luck on your future projects!
Sorry to hear about it. I have re-occuring nightmares about that specially since I've been living in 2nd and 3rd floor apartments.
