Are you using vis queen plastic for liner? If so it is not uv stable and will get brittle and crack/ tear pretty quickly. I'd hate to see you do all that work and end up empty within a short time. I only use Firestone Pond Guard liner. What type of filter are you using?

What kind of pump do you have?

We have 3 layers of liner in our pond right now. The bottom one is black and it is ok. I don't really know the brand of the liner, but if it breaks, we still have several layers.

Also the pump is working again.
More pics.

I'd upgrade your liner to a 45 mil UV stable product with some sort of underlayment. I've torn apart many of water features/ponds that didn't use these as a base. Pulling out 2 or more ton of river rock and boulders then restacking it all is not fun at. You may be able to find liner and underlayment for around $2.00 a sq. ft. at local pond supplier. You can order custom sizes at http://www.itsparadiseathome.com/equipment/liner-underlayment-combo.html

They will save you a huge headache in the future!

We already have the pymp working and in the pond, so I';; just see what happens in the future.
Btw, our pond is located near a bunch of shade.

Very nice, but I agree, that clear plastic liner will quickly cause you to regret it. Once it starts cracking etc. fish could cut themselves on it, too. It will just create more work for you in the long run.

Glad to hear your pump is working. Good luck!
