They really like the plants. I only have 1/2-3/4" of gravel in there and all of the plants are either movable or are a sword so vacuuming is not to bad.

They are out and eating well again this morning. I have a question though. I have noticed that, in the mornings, their color is muted or a bit darker but by mid morning they are back to their normal coloring. Is it normal? I know with quite a few tropical fish they go bland while sleeping. I just want to make sure it is normal for discus.
I am not sure But I think thats Normal - You got the magnifying glass out on these guys dont ya? LOL
lmao.....Yes. I do it with all of my fish, especially new ones. I could probably tell you where every spot is suppose to be on my Paratilapia Polleni Small Spot. I find that if I pay very close attention to them, if anything becomes amis, I catch it early.
Yes, Snoopy, depending on color, some fade a little, some darken in the dark sleeping. You got the baby cam on them yet?
