New 30 gallon planted tank build.

Anybody have an idea what size tank this is? I'm thinking a 40, but I'm not sure. Got it for free.

Considered measuring it?

I'd guess maybe a 20L, or maybe 29.

Yeah, it's gonna be pretty hard for someone to give you an accurate volume from a photo. I'd suggest measuring it and working out the volume from that. There are plenty of online calculators as well that will work out the volume for you once you have the dimensions.
Congrats on the free tank! :)

29g or 30 standard. 30 standard's have a nice print to them. Grats on the freeby, dude.

I'm sorry I should have posted measurements with it. It's not a 30g though. It's bigger than the main tank of this thread in every way, which is a 30g or 29g. It's taller, longer and wider. I'll get the measurements posted within the next ten minutes.

I think a standard 30 gallon tank is 36"x12"x16". 32"x12"x16" puts you at 26.6 gallons according to AqAdvisor, so actually slightly smaller volume than your 29 gallon, even though it's a couple inches longer. (29 gallon should be 30"x12"x18". Unless it's actually a 29 long, but in that case it would have a larger footprint than your new tank, not a smaller one.)
