My husband has been putting in the oak floors in the living room while I have been sorting and organizing the fish room. All of my fish are now in their new space. The 110 still has no fish in it, but we are suppose to get some native fish later this month and that will be their new home. I find it amazing that that tank has sat empty for over a month. We drained it close to the beginning of this house overhaul. I filled it about half way yesterday to make sure there were no seams leaking after moving it and before the floors were put in. Today, there are hundreds of MTS on the sides of the tank. I knew they were some tough snails, but never imagined they would still be alive after all of this time.
I also have a 75 empty, a 55 empty, and a 15 empty. These will be my QT tanks for any new fish I end up bringing in. I think at first it will be Orange Hatchets, Bolivian Rams, and Diamond Head Neon Tetras.
Pictures of the living room and all of the fish tanks in the fish room tomorrow after they all have a chance to settle in for the night.
