PVC Caves?

That's realy cool I like it. Great idea!!!

The pvc pipe is about 3" on the pipe connector side and about 5" on the drain side. The pipe connector is what you see. Although my midas has gotten too big for it. I just used standard DAP aquarium sealant.

cool keep us updated. I tried using a 2 liter bottle as a base and glued some rocks on it... it looked pretty crappy  lol. I gave up about half way. lol

I have used 4" 4-way connectors and regular pipe. Works well enough for my fish. They don't care it's naked and unpainted. They use them all the time.

Alright. Sand didn't seem to want to stick too well. At first I tried a thin coat, but hardly anything stuck, so than I started putting it on thick and packing the sand in. When it dries I will see how much actually stuck. Boy does that stuff smell!

I have like 6 pipes in my 75, bare pipes. There for the smaller fish to get away when my flowerhorn is on a rampage.

Yeah...you can catch a pretty good buzz off the stuff. Good luck on the sand. I'm interested in seeing how well that works.
