Instead of just settling for the shapes the PVC comes in you can "bend" it some. I put the PVC pipe connector I had left over from a project in my oven (on a baking sheet cover with foil) at 300F for a few minute (need to check them every 2-3 mins). Watch out for the fumes- not a window closed project. Once they were soft (do not go over 350F in oven- the plastic will melt) I cut them in half with an old knife and twisted them (wear heavy leather gloves or oven mitts. You will need to hold them in the desired shape for a few minutes until they cool- no more than 10 min. I will be coating them with gravel- will put up pics when totally done.
