Since they are so new, i don't know that they have been formally addressed anywhere gustavo. I do not know for certain.

they were just at mg's house a few weeks ago. I am a registered seller with them, so they could.

As are UpstateNYer and myself. They can knock on our door (or call) and demand or tell us they want to come in and check out our stuff. They have every right since they know we are selling.

Quite surprising to hear them knocking on doors again. Last I've heard of them doing that was probably two years ago.
