2 males 2 females in this group! They're full grown, larger than I expected. The females are chonkersNice, Noodle! I think I see 1 female but I can't tell who all are in the different pics. What's your guess? Or maybe they're still growing? I'm glad you're getting more!
I'm glad I'm getting more too, though my wallet is not lol these are probably the most expensive fish I've ever purchased. But, I love cories so much, and these are hard to come by. And they are bold and active enough to be kept species only and still have the tank look appealing.
At the same time, it is a bit bittersweet. I placed the order for these guys last Friday, intended on putting them in my 55 blackwater with my aeneus and sterbai... but my area changed the pH and wiped out my nano tank without me knowing beforehand. I lost all my microdevario kubotai, and 15 out of my 17 pygmy corydoras. I moved the 3 surviving pygmies to the 55 with the other cories instead so they won't be by themselves at least. And my sparkling gouramis are all in my 10 gallon species only too. That left the 20 open, since I moved the pygmies. So these guys are in the 20 newly set up, species only instead of going where they were planned to go.
Tannins! Though the fish are orange and black-greenis that tannins or the color of the light?
