I've really researched this one to death. Best attempt at a Malay peninsula/Thai blackwater pool environment. Plants at the moment are blyxa aubertii, cryptocoryne balansae and java moss. But this is actually a piece in transition as it will go from its current twenty gallon to a thirty gallon long and will house only blyxa aubertii, pogostemon helferi and cyperus helferi as per very strict regional and ecosystem nerdiness.
Fauna are harlequin rasboras, a female betta, a female pearl gourami, three SAEs and four amano shrimp. Rocks are red petrified wood, substrate is red sand mixed with flourite to simulate the iron-rich terrain of the area.
Yes I know equipment is visible but like I said it's in transition, so I'm basically moving things around as plants grow in and the thirty should be set up in a few weeks.
Enjoy.
