and then glue and brads nails to put them together. Should have taken a pic of the assembly but to be honest totally gapped on that part. Anyways, here are the finished doors

Yesterday was "Drawer Day"
I wanted to use the same pine panelling cutouts for the fronts of the drawers as I did with the cupboard doors to keep the look the same. The problem was that I couldn't use the same approach as I did with teh doors because that would leave me with nothing but 1/4 paneling to screw the drawers to so I had to take a different approach.
Started by taking the board I had ( yes still working off the same $11 for the door trim, but my error it was 16" wide, not 12") and ripped 1-1/4" of each side of it. Then planed down the centre piece until it plus the panel were the same thickness of the original board
then it was a matter of gluing the panel cut outs to the centre piece. While that was drying I ran the strips from the sides through the router to give it the same finish the doors had
