I'm seriously considering it.... Is it as hard as people make it out to be? Compared to FW?
What are you gonna keep in this tank?

Nah man, it really isn't. It's just getting into it. It's really fun. I'm thinking a pair of clowns and a bicolour blenny. Or something similar They say SW tanks are much easier to mainatin after about 1 year when it becomes established. It's just the start that takes time. But even the cycling period with Live Rock is fun cause you can see lots of little hitchhikers (starfish, worms etc).

On a side note:

I SAW TWO MORE MANTIS SHRIMP! *sigh* This rock was really alive I guess

It's gonna be fun getting them out... NOT.

And I ordered an AquaClear surface skimmer from ebay in america so that will be here in 2 weeks or so. The shipping cost more than the surface skimmer! LOL
