I would LOVE to see some tanks decorated with fake plants! If there are rocks as well that would be even better. I have an 80 gallon I'm going to be rearranging this weekend and I need some inspiration on what to do with the plants.

I've since switched to real plants, but this was about the best mine ever looked with artificial ones:
If you just really have to atleast get the silk ones, they seem to look a little more realistict.

I tried to find a pic of one of my earlier tanks. It was loaded with plastic plants, clown puke gravel, and, man, it looked awesome! :thm: Or at least I thought it did at the time...

I already have the plants and they are plastic. They look pretty good IMO, I just haven't figured out how to arrange them.
Why are fake plants and decorations so frowned upon? Look at the first picture with the fake plants and the castle, that's a nice looking tank!

Fake plants are great!
They don't need special light
They don't die
The don't bring in pest snails
They don't need CO2, ferts or anything.
